Gather your materials
Flexible measuring tape: A soft, flexible tape measure like a tailor's tape is ideal.
Alternative (string and ruler): If you don't have a flexible tape measure, you can use a piece of string or shoelace, then measure the string against a ruler.
Pen and paper (optional): To jot down your measurements.
Measure your head circumference
Locate the widest part: Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your head. This is typically just above your eyebrows and ears.
Ensure it's level and snug: Make sure the tape is level all the way around and snug against your head, but not so tight that it causes discomfort or leaves marks.
Record the measurement: Note the measurement in both inches and centimeters, as different manufacturers use different sizing charts.
Consult the size chart
Refer to the size chart: With your measurement in hand, consult the size chart provided.
