Warranty and Return Material Authorization (RMA) Policy

Combat Defense Industries further known as CDI.

Limited Warranty

CDI offers a limited warranty on its ballistic helmets, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Under this warranty, CDI will repair or replace the defective product at no cost to the customer, subject to the following terms and conditions:

CDI will cover all return shipping costs associated with warranty claims.
All repairs must be conducted at a CDI facility or a CDI-authorized repair center.
All products returned under this warranty must be accompanied by a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) issued by CDI, and must be returned within 30 days of the RMA issuance date.
Failure to return in the timeline, will deem the warranty invalid.

Warranty Coverage Period

 Ballistic Helmet Shell 5 Years from Date of Delivery
Pads, Retention System, Hardware 1 year from date of delivery
External Attachments (e.g., Shroud, Side Rails) 1 year from date of delivery

 

Warranty Claim Procedure
To submit a warranty claim, please use the support contact to submit a support ticket.
Include the following information::
A detailed description of the damage
Photos and/or video clearly showing the damaged area
Date of purchase
Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, etc.)

Exclusions from Warranty
This limited warranty does not apply to:
Normal wear and tear
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper storage
Defects caused by improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, or adjustment
Damage caused by use of the product for purposes other than its intended function
Alterations or modifications made to any part of the product
Damage caused by natural disasters or other force majeure events
Changes made to the helmet or its components without prior written authorization from CDI

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Please use the contact page to request an exchange, and our team will help you facilitate this as soon as possible.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
